Customers may submit cancellation requests before delivery and return requests within 14 days of delivery through their customer account.
Once submitted, requests will be reviewed by our Customer Service team and customers will be notified of the outcome.
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it has been fulfilled.
Cancellation requests should be submitted through the customer account portal.
Orders for made-to-order, bespoke, customised or specially sourced products may not be eligible for cancellation once production or supplier processing has commenced.
Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method used for purchase.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of unwanted goods to our warehouse in Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
If you are unable to return the goods yourself, Larry O'Keeffe Furniture may, at its discretion, arrange collection.
A collection charge of €49 applies to this service.
Collection charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any refund due.
We do not reimburse return costs incurred through alternative arrangements unless agreed in advance.
Customers are entitled to inspect goods in the same manner as they would in a retail showroom.
Where returned goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality, Larry O'Keeffe Furniture reserves the right to reduce any refund to reflect the resulting loss in value.

Any reduction in refund will be assessed individually following inspection of the returned goods.
For hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been removed from their original sealed packaging, used, slept on, stained or otherwise compromised cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Mattresses returned under the withdrawal period must remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct mattress size is ordered before purchase.
Dimensions of all products are displayed on individual product pages.
Customers are responsible for measuring both the intended location of the furniture and the access route to that location, including doorways, hallways, staircases and other access points.
If an item does not fit and you wish to return it, you must submit a return request within the applicable 14-day return period.
The item must remain in a condition suitable for resale and be returned in accordance with this policy.
